This plan provides comprehensive dental benefits from both contracted and non-contracted Platinum providers. An insured orthodontic benefit for your children is also included on this plan. Receive services from any provider of your choice and lower out-of-pocket costs when receiving care from a contracted provider. Option 2 offers low deductibles and short waiting periods.
