Dental Select’s PPO Co-Insurance Plan offers the greatest flexibility and savings for both you and your employees. Each company has its own needs—we make sure each plan can be customized to meet those needs. Groups can customize the specific benefits, such as insured orthodontic options for groups of 10 or more enrolled employees, classification of high priority procedures, annual maximums, deductibles, etc.

Vision Plans
