Choosing a Dentist

We work with over 200,000 access points across the nation to provide the highest-quality, most convenient dental care possible. No matter where you are in United States, there’s sure to be a Dental Select network dentist near you. Having one of the largest networks is key, as you will have more freedom choose or change your favorite dentist anytime.

Web Portal

Once you are enrolled, we give you easy access to plan documents, ID cards, personal information and claims information through our member web portal. To access the web portal, click here. A member ID will be required the first time you visit.

Here you will be able to:

  • Access your plan documents
  • Order ID cards (or print a temporary)
  • Review your benefits
  • Update your personal information
  • View a claim’s status

Pre-Determination of Benefits

Want to know how much a procedure will cost before your dental visit? Simply request a pre-determination of benefits from your dentist’s office and they will contact us. We’ll then send both you and your dentist a cost estimate before you even sit down in the dental chair.

Refer a Dentist

We’re constantly adding new providers to our network. But if your dentist or provider hasn’t yet joined, you can refer them here. We’ll reach out and invite them to join. We just need their name and some contact info. Referrals are usually processed in less than two weeks.

Payment Information

When benefits are offered through an employer, we coordinate with them directly for payment. Usually, you will see the authorized amount as a deduction from your payroll check. Check with your company’s Human Resources or Benefits Coordinator to see how premiums are setup for your company.

What is MaxRewards?

Dental Select’s MaxRewards is special feature designed to reward members who stay on a Dental Select plan. For no additional cost, your maximum benefit will increase each year up to $2,000. So the longer you stay on a plan, the more you can accumulate for your future dental needs. To find out if your plan is eligible for MaxRewards, ask your company’s benefit representative for more information.
