  2. Print and complete the IDP Enrollment Form and return it to Dental Select with your $15 enrollment fee.

Understanding Your Dental Plan

When it comes to dental benefits, understanding what is covered, how it's covered and why is a big step toward your satisfaction when purchasing a dental plan. Within this section you will find a comprehensive layout of information that will assist you in choosing the right plan to fit your needs.

Functionality has been created to allow you to compare plan benefits side by side as well as mouse-over definitions for plans and networks. You can expand or contract detailed plan information, view a sample schedule of co-payments, read all plan exclusions, and check to see which plan your provider is contracted under before making any plan commitment. We have even included a simple survey of questions that will recommend a plan that we think may be just right for you.

The Discount Plan is not a dental insurance policy. This program provides discounts only from a certain network of dental providers. The member is responsible to pay for all services but will receive a discount from dental providers who are contracted on Dental Select's Silver Network.
