When you place new business with Dental Select, writing brokers will earn an extra 5% commission on every 2-99 group and an extra 3% for groups 100+ for the first year. *
2-Year Rate Guarantee for All
Extra commission is only the start of maximizing your end-of-year quotas. We’re also including a 2-year rate guarantee on all groups effective 10/1/21 – 1/1/22 and an extended guarantee for off-renewal groups of up to 35 months when placed with Dental Select before January 31st, 2022.
Double Trip Credit
Oh, but we’re not done yet. You’ll also earn double trip credit for fully insured dental and vision groups, and we’ll apply full count credit to any new Self-funded group business.

*The extra 5% commission on groups of 2-99 will be paid on the first commission check. The extra 3% commission on 100+ groups will be paid in two installments: one with the first commission check and the second with the commission check 60 days after the effective date.
